WWF Mod 3 Windscreen Wash
Kilfrost Windscreen Washing Fluid was originally designed for the Royal Air Force for the dual purpose of salt and insect debris removal from the windscreens of high speed, low flying aircraft. The product is now in widespread use by both military and civilian airlines as an approved fluid for windscreen washing systems and is starting to be established in the rail market. Although primarily used as for windscreen washing, WWF Mod 3 has excellent deicing characteristics and tests carried out down to temperatures of about -30°C, have shown the superior performance of the product against the commonly used alcohol-based fluids.
