The global leader in de-icing and anti-icing has announced exciting additions to its team with four new appointments across its corporate division for The Americas.
Sharon Glickman joins the Kilfrost team in the U.S. as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, Susan Baum joins as Quality Assurance Manager, Maricia Dembin takes on the role of Executive Assistant/Office Supervisor, while Brian Anderson is appointed Field Operations Manager.
A Certified Public Accountant, Sharon joins Kilfrost from Meritas LLC where she was responsible for the financial reporting and accounting operations of Meritas Schools. With a Masters degree in Business Administration from Duke University, Sharon’s previous roles have seen her gain experience working overseas, including time spent in various accounting and financial capacities at Alamo Rent-A-Car in the UK.
Maricia brings with her over 20 years’ progressive business experience which she gained primarily within management level roles at Ernst and Young U.S. LLP. Educated in the United States, Maricia attended Stony Brook University in New York.
Susan joins from Cryotech De-icing Technology, where she was Research and Development/Product Quality Manager. With over 15 years experience across quality control, technical support and research & development fields, she brings considerable expertise to the team.
Completing the quartet is Brian, whose thirty years experience of airline operations includes de-icing, training, internal auditing, and operational and technical safety compliance. Formerly with Northwest Airlines, he has worked with various de-icing manufacturers assisting with product and process testing, and training programs. A recipient of a number of industry honors and awards, Brian has also been an active member of the SAE with leadership roles on the Methods Sub-committee.
