The global leader in de/anti-icing is celebrating its most successful year ever by taking a stand at this year's Farnborough show and launching a brand new aviation DVD which takes viewers from its formation in the 1930s, to its modern day innovations and exciting research and development laboratory.
Showing on their stand, G5, in Hall 4, the exciting new DVD covers some of Kilfrost's 75-year history in the aviation sector, including a fascinating interview snippet with a 1930s pilot. "We wanted to celebrate our attendance at this year's Farnborough International Airshow and mark over 75-years serving the aviation industry, and thought that this was the most appropriate way of doing that†explained Kilfrost's Chief Executive Gary Lydiate.
The company has grown its export operation in recent years, opening dedicated storage and blending facilities in mainland Europe, expanding its base in North America, and launching into mainland China. "It's certainly an exciting time for us as a company" explained Gary Lydiate. "Not only are we investing in our senior team, expanding our operations, and working hard to continue to offer our customers the very best service possible, but we've also been recognised with a number of awards including the prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category. Farnborough International Airshow is a major gathering for the aviation community and we wanted to celebrate with customers and suppliers alike by exhibiting this year" he added.
"Anyone who would like to see the DVD is welcome to visit our stand in Hall 4, and we're also streaming it on our new website http://www.kilfrost.com/" he concluded.
